WPilot AI is a bundle of ten WordPress and WooCommerce plugins operated by PixelNX. Please read these terms carefully — they define what you can and cannot do with your license.
1 Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using WPilot AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
2 License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WPilot AI within the limits of the plan you purchased:
- Personal (Front-End): use all included plugins on one website you own.
- Unlimited Sites: install on unlimited websites you personally own, plus lifetime updates.
- Agency & Commercial: install on client websites and use white-label branding.
- Reseller & Whitelabel: resell licenses and rebrand the product under your own name.
3 Permitted Use
You may use the plugins for commercial purposes within the boundaries of your license tier. The level of support, updates, and usage limits available to you depends on the plan and upgrades you own.
4 Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or use WPilot AI to build a competing product. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the plugins unless you hold an Agency, Commercial, or Reseller license that expressly permits it.
5 Third-Party Integrations
WPilot AI connects to external services — AI providers, PayPal, WhatsApp/Meta, autoresponders, and hosting platforms. Each has its own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for a third party's availability, changes, downtime, or any costs (such as AI API usage) you incur through those services.
6 AI-Generated Content
Features that generate text, images, translations, pricing suggestions, or other output use AI models and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it. WPilot AI does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI output.
7 Disclaimer of Warranties
WPilot AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about earnings, savings, conversions, traffic, or specific results — outcomes depend on your setup, integrations, effort, and market conditions.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
9 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WPilot AI operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration. Questions? Email support@pixalab.ai.
