WPilot AI plugins run on your own WordPress server. The content inside your site — products, orders, customer data, images, and uploads — stays on your server and is not sent to us.
Some features (for example description writing, chat, translation, or virtual try-on) send data to third-party AI providers such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google Gemini, Replicate, or FAL AI — but only when you enable those features and connect your own API keys. That processing is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy.
