Every WPilot AI purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase date, contact us and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.
2 How to Request
To request a refund, email support@pixalab.ai with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]", or open a ticket at our support portal. You don't need to explain why. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though it may take a little longer for the funds to appear on your statement.
3 What's Covered
- Any purchase requested within the 14-day window.
- No justification required — a simple request is enough.
- One refund per customer, per product.
- You keep any bonuses you have already downloaded or used.
4 What's Not Covered
- Requests made after the 14-day window has closed.
- Agency, Commercial, or Reseller licenses where you have already resold licenses or provisioned client sites.
- Third-party costs you incurred (such as AI API usage, hosting, or domain fees).
