Every WPilot AI purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us and — provided your request meets the eligibility conditions below — we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.
2 Eligibility
To keep the guarantee fair and sustainable for everyone, a refund is available when:
- Your request is made within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- You have not consumed more than 50% of your AI usage allowance or otherwise over-used the platform's resources.
- There is no evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity on the account.
- One refund per customer, per product.
3 How to Request
To request a refund, email support@pixalab.ai with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]", or open a ticket at our support portal, and include:
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your order / transaction ID.
- Confirmation that you have deactivated and removed the plugins and any downloaded assets from your site(s).
- Your reason for the refund (optional).
You don't need to explain why. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4 What's Not Covered
- Requests made after the 30-day window has closed.
- Accounts that have consumed more than 50% of their AI usage allowance or over-used platform resources.
- Any account showing signs of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
- Agency, Commercial, or Reseller licenses where you have already resold licenses or provisioned client sites.
- Third-party costs you incurred (such as AI API usage, hosting, or domain fees).
5 Chargebacks
